State-funded day services for people with a disability and older people remain closed, or only available for part of the week, despite the fact that both users and staff are fully vaccinated. 85-year-old widow Margaret Huggins lives alone and without any children of her own, she relied on the centres for socialisation. She told us earlier how their continued closure is affecting her.
