Gardaí were called over the weekend after a referee in his sixties was assaulted during an amateur football match in Dublin. Sean Slattery, Vice President of the Irish Soccer Referees Society says it’s the fifth such attack since Christmas in Dublin alone and he spoke to Ciara on Newstalk Breakfast this morning.
