Enda Coll and Ronan Mullen in studio for Episode four of 'It's Not A Sport Podcast' - the podcast that looks at all the obscure sports out there and why people love them. This week, they look at Freediving, a really interesting sport.

The lads are joined in studio by Claire Walsh, a freediver who took a year out to compete in the sport across the world. Freediving is an underwater sport where the competitor dives down without breathing equipment and before resurfacing for air.
