Dr. Laura Finnegan is a lecturer and researcher at the South East Technological University in Waterford. She earned her PhD in talent development (football).

Meanwhile, Mark O'Sullivan is the Head of Football at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, where he also lectures on skill acquisition. Mark is also in possession of his UEFA A coaching licence.
