Joining Patrick on the panel are: Dr Fiona Donson, Director of the Centre for Criminal Justice and Human Rights, University College Cork, Dr Ben Kiernan, Professor of History & The Director of the Genocide Studies Programme, Yale University, Dr Jennifer Wellington, School of History, University College Dublin, Dr Rachel Killean, School of Law, Queens University Belfast and Dr David Cohen, Stanford University.
