A year after the All Ireland Rail draft report was published, the full report is set to be released tomorrow.
On the eve before its publication, Kieran was joined by Sadhbh O’Neill, Senior climate advisor for Friends of the Earth and by John Fitzgerald, Adjunct Professor in Economics at Trinty College Dublin, to discuss the report.
