One of the industries hardest hit by the pandemic has been the business of music and live events ,with restrictions and distancing guidelines putting a pause on the livelihoods of many. 

Former conservative MP Edwina Currie faced criticism on social media today when she suggested that those in the industry should turn their hand to something more useful while they wait for the industry to get back up and running again.

Irish Tenor Dr.Gavan Ring joined Edwina and Kieran to discuss if this was a fair suggestion.
