Twenty four hours on from Budget 2020, Ivan still had plenty to say on it.

With much of the commentary around the announcement saying that it was a bit of a 'non-event', and not a lot had changed, Ivan took a different view.

He believed when it was announced, and he still does today, that this Budget represented a bit of a turning point for us as an economy, as the prospect of a No Deal Brexit became real.
