The head of FBD has hit back at allegations the industry is making too much profit.

Chief executive Fiona Muldoon has also questioned if judges and lawyers are doing enough to tackle high award levels and insurance fraud.

Hotelier Liam Griffin joined Ivan on the show to discuss his concerns with the industry, and why more 'joined up thinking' is needed.
