The Fianna Fáil and Sinn Féin parliamentary party meetings took place today amid negotiations and calculations about the makeup of the next government.
Sinn Fein leader Mary Lou McDonald today accepted that it is looking increasingly unlikely for her to be able to form a government without Fianna Fáil or Fine Gael. But it would seem that Fianna Fáil have closed the door to talks with Sinn Féin.
