One in three people say they would eat less meat to help tackle climate change.

It’s the majority of people surveyed by Science Foundation Ireland agreed that the planet is getting warmer due to human activity.

So if we give up meat, can our diet be balanced and nutritious?

Dietitian Orla Walsh told Mark Cagney on this evening's Hard Shoulder why we need to be careful if we choose to cut our meat.
