What makes a livable city?

Dublin has dropped out of the top 10 most livable cities in the world to number 15, largely due to the Covid pandemic.

But it’s worth asking the question - how livable is Dublin as a city? And can we get back into the top 10 soon?

Frank McDonald is the former Environment Editor with The Irish Times, and he joined Kieran on Thursday's edition of The Hard Shoulder to tell him what can be done to improve Dublin as a city people want to live in.
