Everyone will remember Manuela Spinelli from her days as translator for former Ireland football manager Giovanni Trappatoni. 

She is also the Secretary General of Euro-Toques Ireland, the Irish branch of the European Community of Chefs and Cooks and she is struggling to understand why Dublin has had to put a stop to outdoor dining.
