Dublin's O’Connell Street will be “re-established as Dublin’s pre-eminent street” and the “unique character and vibrancy” of Moore Street will be restored, under master plan proposals for a new urban quarter in the north inner city.

Mannix Flynn Independent Councillor for Dublin Bay South and Pat Liddy  Historian and Walking Tour Operator join Ivan in the studio to discuss their thoughts on what this will mean for the area and for the city of Dublin.
