Irish Rail is to introduce up to 200 body cameras for staff to help combat anti-social behaviour on train and Dart services.

It is hoped workers will be kitted out before the end of this year.

Irish Rail's Barry Kenny told Newstalk Breakfast that the effectiveness of this technology has been tested, and they're hopeful that it will help combat anti-social behaviour.

General Secretary of NBRU Dermot O'Leary is not in agreement, and doesn't not think it will work.  He spoke to Ivan on the Hard Shoulder, and told him why.
