The CSO has launched its new gender equality database in which it has revealed a breakdown of all types of information on men and women in Ireland.  

It reveals that women are more likely to work unpaid hours as carers, whilst men are less likely to be teachers. And there is a 10% difference in pay between a woman and a man.
