Fianna Fáil's spokesperson on Health and TD for Wicklow, Stephen Donnelly, joined Ivan this evening to give his reaction to the newly-published report into cost overruns at the National Children's Hospital.

The PwC report said red flags about the spiraling cost of the hospital were missed.

It also acknowledged that the total cost of the project will likely rise above the current 1.7 billion euro price-tag - while adding the room for savings is minimal.

Health Minister Simon Harris has denied the report is a whitewash to avoid assigning blame for the overspend. This evening on the show Stephen Donnelly said Fianna Fáil have no confidence in the Health Minister and that addressing the many issues in the health system requires a change of government.
