A proposal included in the draft Dublin City development plan that 5 percent of all large-scale developments in Dublin should be set aside for cultural space has received a mixed reaction.  

While the proposal has been welcomed by the arts council, developers have raised concerns and Kieran was joined by James Benson, Director of the Irish Home Builders Association and Sunil Sharpe, Give Us The Night Campaign Group..
