It seems that house-building in Dublin has stalled.

The Dublin Economic Monitor shows that the rate of completions has fallen for the first time in four years - falling by 13.7% during April, May and June to 1,628.

Dermot O’Leary is the chief economist at Goodbody Stockbrokers, and told Ivan why we shouldn't actually be too surprised to see this.
