Earlier today, the CEO of telecoms giant Eir, Carolan Lennon, apologised for the level of customer care Eir has offered over the last number of years.

She outlined solutions for improving the customer's experience when issues arise and gave insight into their fibre roll out, as well as other projects. Newstalk’s Technology Correspondent Jess Kelly attended the virtual briefing and joined Kieran on this evening's Hard Shoulder.
