People are losing over 100 hours of sleep a year – with squabbles and fallouts with friends blamed as the main things keeping people awake. Worrying over work (29%) and concerns over having money saved for a rainy day (26%) are also blamed by many for restless nights. But the top reason for staying awake was rows with family and friends (32%).

Now with all the stress from Covid-19, sleepless nights are quite a common thing. Lucy Woulfe, sleep consultant, joined Mark Cagney to give tips for a better sleep.
