Regular listeners to The Hard Shoulder will know that Kieran loves running and it’s a big part of his weekly routine...

Well, he thought it’d be worth raising some funds for a good cause while he's at it, which is why We’re asking you to go an extra mile with us on The Hard Shoulder over the next few weeks and join Kieran for a run in October!

If you normally run 10k, run 12k.  If you normally walk the block, walk all around your town.

And it’s all in aid of a very worthy cause - our three national children's hospitals.

Ruth Guy is Director of Fundraising with Children's Health Foundation, and she joined Kieran on the Hard Shoulder.
