"The government cannot watch people, so how will they enforce the fourteen day quarantine"

From today all passengers arriving into the country are legally required to complete a Covid-19 passenger locator form and will have to self-isolate for a fortnight.

Anyone who refuses to fill in the form or provides false information or if they fail to provide an update should they move to a different location within the 14-day isolation period, they will face a fine of up to €2,500 or six months in prison.

But will anyone adhere to the fourteen self-isolation period?
