You will have seen that the Fine Gael Executive Council have deselected Verona Murphy has a candidate in Wexford for the next general election.

Ministers Michael D’Arcy and Paul Kehoe will be the chosen candidates.

Murphy did not hold back in her criticisms of Fine Gael in terms of what she called a 'media ban' in the wake of her comments on asylum seekers, and she also reacted to criticisms today from the Minister of Health Simon Harris.
