The High Court has rejected a third attempt by French authorities to extradite Ian Bailey for the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier. Mr Bailey was a suspect in the case, and while he was never charged in connection with her death here in Ireland, a French court found him guilty in Absentia last year and sentenced to 25 years in jail.

Kieran was joined by Frank Buttimer, solicitor for Mr Bailey and Newstalks courts correspondent, Frank Greaney to discuss the verdict.
