Nessa Hourigan has told The Hard Shoulder she is yet to get an answer as to how the CETA vote was allowed to be scheduled to take place.

It comes as the vote looks like it will be moved to January.

CETA is a trade agreement reached between the EU and Canada which requires the backing of parliaments across all the EU Member States to be fully operational.
