Temperatures plummeted last night across the country in what was one of the coldest nights of Winter.

Yet despite the freezing temperatures, there were still dozens of homeless people sleeping on the streets in Dublin.

And tragically when a cold snap hits like this, rough sleepers can die on the streets.

Last night our reporter Barry Whyte went out with the volunteers from the Feed Our Homeless charity……
