This week Gavin joined Kieran to discuss the case of Dunne vs Iarnród Éireann. From 1977 to 2007 Denis Dunne occupied a patch of land next to Clondalkin Railway Station in Dublin. He erected some structures and used the land to keep horses belonging to locals. This land belonged to CIE, who owned the adjoining station.
