One of the big headlines this week was that house prices continue to rise around the country, with Dublin, perhaps unsurprisingly, remaining the most expensive.

However, while Dublin prices are expensive, they seem to be leveling out somewhat according to the figures.  Dublin City is up 1.2% and Cork City is up 4.4%.

Meanwhile Cork house prices seem to have shot up, rising by more than the national average.
