Ireland's position in the European Union would appear to be safe, if public opinion is anything to go by. A new poll published today by the European Movement Ireland found that 93% of Irish people believe Ireland should not follow Britain's lead and leave the EU.
Perhaps more interesting was where people differed from the direction that some leaders are trying to take the EU in terms of defence, and tax co-operation.
Noelle O'Connell, Executive Director at European Movement Ireland joined Bobby Kerr this evening on the Hard Shoulder to discuss the findings of the poll.
