Bank of Ireland is set to close 103 branches across the island from September this year.

Customers are going to have to rely on digital banking and a partnership with An Post. But not everyone is eager to use online financial services, and some small businesses still deal with cash - so what happens to them? 

Kieran Cuddihy was joined by Gavin Kelly, CEO of Retail Ireland, Bank of Ireland, John Moran, former secretary general of the Department of Finance and Fianna Fail Senator in Clare Timmy Dooley.
