The online portal for the vaccine rollout for 60-69 year olds is open, but it's been criticised by some for being clunky and cumbersome.

Katherine O'Keefe, Director of training at Castlebridge and co-author of their book on Data Ethics explained why a system like this takes 39 steps, and the kind of information that it will provide the HSE.
