Diageo has announced that it is starting a global roll-out of a new family leave policy.
This will mean that in Ireland, from July 1st, for Diageo workers, it will mean what they can take 26 weeks fully paid paternal leave regardless of gender, sexual orientation or how people became parents - whether birth, adoption or surrogacy.
