Ivan was joined by father and son, on the line from Australia - specifically a couple of hours south from Perth.

They are Peter and Nathan Wilcock.  Nathan is a firefighter, who has been deployed to assist with the bushfires in New South Wales, and Peter is his father.

They gave Ivan an eye-witness account of the devastation, as well as the rescue operations that have been taking place.
