The British Horseracing Authority has said that it will analyse the races of the Grand National meeting "in painstaking detail" following the deaths of three horses.
Hill Sixteen died after falling at the first fence during the main Grand National race; and it followed the deaths of Dark Raven and Envoye Special earlier on Saturday and on Thursday respectively.
