Apple CEO Tim Cook received an award today from An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar to mark 40 years of investment in Ireland.

But what is the lasting impact of the company on Cork, and indeed the whole of Ireland?  Seamus Coffey, lecturer in Economics in University College Cork, explained to Ivan how the mark they've left is indelible.
