The brother of Quinn Industrial Holdings Director Kevin Lunney says the person who paid for his attack has to be caught for the family to get justice.

It's after Kevin Lunney spoke publicly for the first time last night about his violent abduction and torture two months ago.

He described how he was slashed with a knife, doused with bleach, and had the letters QIH carved into his chest, before being left on a roadside in Cavan.

Earlier on the Hard Shoulder, Kevin's brother Tony, who's also a QIH director, spoke to our reporter Shane Beatty.
