Mental Health First Aid Ireland released a survey on the impact working from home has had on employees. 40% of their respondents reported a loss of sleep due to worry and 50% said they experienced more fatigue than usual.

Sleep technician and cognitive behaviour therapist for insomnia, Deirdre McSwiney joined Mark Cagney to give tips and tricks for those struggling with their sleep schedule.
