Restaurants in Dublin city centre could start to drive each other out of business if they're not spread out.That's according to the Restaurants Association of Ireland, which over the weekend warned the market's at saturation point in Dublin 2 and 4.

With frequent reports of shortages of restaurant staff and chef shortages Derry Clarke  Chef and Co Owner of L'ecrivain joined Andrea to talk about the overall health of the restaurant industry.
