Martina Cox, the wife of Sean Cox, who was attacked last year outside Anfield at a Champions League, has spoken of her gratitude for all the support she and her husband have received, but maintained there is a "long road ahead".

She was speaking ahead of the Legends game taking place tomorrow night between a Republic of Ireland Legends XI and a Liverpool Legends XI in the Aviva Stadium at 745pm.

It’s a fundraiser for Sean Cox, who is still in recovery after an attack last year left him with severe brain injuries.

Phil Babb, a former Liverpool player and Irish international, also joined Ivan to speak of the privilege he feels in being able to part of this fundraising effort, maintaining that it will be a great night, but also an 'emotional' one.
