Sinn Fein Vice President and Deputy First Minister in Northern Ireland, Michelle O'Neill says the rioting across the North has been about deflection and pushing back against successful policing operations.

Speaking to Kieran Cuddihy, she said there can be no equivocation between her attendance with other Sinn Fein members at the funeral of Bobby Storey and the violence on the streets over the past week.

Meanwhile, Henry McKean spoke to members of the community in West Belfast where much of last night's violence was centred, including a bus being burnt out and a press photographer being attacked.
