This month, the Motor Neurone Disease Association of Ireland are once again running a Sponsored Silence campaign #Voice4MND.

They want you stay silent for a minimum of 30 minutes so you can experience what it would be like to lose your voice.

But what is it like living with Motor Neurone Disease, and what can be done to help those who must live with it?

Mairead Coleman is 50 and has MND. She was joined in studio by her nurse Fidelma.
