The social value of Na Fianna GAA club in Glasnevin, for just one year, has been valued at €50m.
It means for every €1 invested in the club, there's a €15 return.
The club commissioned the independent research to quantify its value to the community after a row over the potential loss of its playing pitches.
It had been proposed the club would lose access to its home grounds for the duration of the construction of the planned Metro North, but the National Transport Authority made a u-turn after a massive backlash.
