As the country enters level 3 discussion has turned to heavier enforcement of covid restrictions. Tánaiste Leo Varadkar told his party last night that A system of graduated fines should be considered and Minister of State Patrick O'Donovan called on the Government to examine the opening hours of off-licenses. 

Vincent Jennings Chief Executive of the Convenience stores and newsagents association and Dr.Jennifer Kavanagh Lecturer in Law in Waterford Institute of Technology joined Kieran to debate if it now crack down on those who are refusing to obey the covid guidelines.
