New healthy eating guidelines that were launched today by the Department of Health, say children aged between 1-4 should be given no more than a ‘tiny amount’ of sugary snacks as a treat per week.

Sarah Keogh CORU registered dietitian  joined Kieran to shed some light on these guidelines and the reasoning behind them.
