You might have heard of “Pushy parenting” or “Helicopter parenting” now the latest parenting trend to emerge is “Snowplough parenting”. The term has been attributed to mums and dads who aggressively push their children to achieve and has hit the headlines after “Desperate Housewives” star Felicity Huffman was last month charged in relation to a college admissions bribery scandal.

Rosie Millard OBE, Chair of BBC’s Children in Need  is a self-confessed snowplough parent and sees absolutely nothing wrong with it. She explains to Ivan why she would go to any length to help her children.
