Fianna Fail Limerick TD Willie O’Dea wants parents who can’t control their children who partake in antisocial behaviour to be punished.
It comes as Luas operators Transdev revealed its private security teams are being forced to respond to incidents involving groups of children as young as nine at tram stops in south Dublin.
He joined Ivan on the Hard Shoulder to explain how this would work.
