A report by the Chatham House has said plant based diets are crucial to protecting the world's wildlife and the natural world. According to data agriculture is the main threat to 86% of the 28,000 species known to be at risk of extinction.

Dr.Cara Augustenborg Environmental Policy Fellow at UCD and Farmer and Broadcaster Darragh McCullough joined Kieran to discuss the pros and cons of moving towards a plant based diet.
