In the last couple of days, Irish Independent columnist and author Mary Kenny tweeted about the Christian Brothers teaching the importance of manners.

She subsequently seemed surprised by how much swearing she received as part of the response.

Is swearing a sign of being articulate?  Does swearing show how rude people can become?
