It's World Mental Health week, and Ivan was joined by a man who has lived with bipolar disorder for 20 years, and a psychiatric nurse with 30 years experience.

Mayo man Liam Gildea shared his journey of depression and bipolar disorder, from the early signs to getting the correct diagnosis and getting well.

Brid O'Meara is the Director of Services for the charity Aware, who are hosting a conference "The Future of Depression and Bipolar Disorder" this Saturday, 12th October in UCD, details can be found www.awareconference.com
